How to Request a Refund
- Contact support by emailing support@restolen.com within 60 days of your purchase date.
- Provide your order details including order number, name, and email used at checkout.
- Ship the bottles back to the return address provided by the support team. You may return them even if the bottles are empty.
- Receive your refund within 48 hours after the returned product is received by the fulfillment center.
What is Covered
The 60-day guarantee covers the full product price of your Restolin order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
What is Not Covered
- Original or return shipping costs
- Refund requests made more than 60 days after the original purchase date
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (the guarantee applies only to orders placed through the official website)
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Refund Processing Time
After your returned product is received, refunds are processed within 48 hours. The funds may take 3–10 additional business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
